Jack was extremely professional, while at the same time took his time explaining … More the ins and outs of why each inspection was important, how everyone worked together, what he was looking for, what they found and what to expect with those results. We had many questions, and walked out having learned more than we knew. This was our 1st new house- very exciting and nerve racking at the same time. Having Jack there made the process so simple and comforting. We had follow up questions the next morning and he was easy to reach and when we needed to follow up with more questions with our sewer inspector- the wonderful ladies in Jacks office were so sweet and had the contact information immediately. We are very thankful for Castle Home Inspections and feel so good about our move next week!!
